There has been an explosion of Assisted Living residences sprouting up across the nation and our own Upper Peninsula has been part of it!  Schoolcraft County’s Woodland Meadows Assisted Living located in picturesque Manistique is part of this growing trend.  Woodland Meadows provides a choice to consumers who find it not so practical, cost effective, or safe to live alone.  Assisted Living offers a prospective client a chance to maintain their independence and standard of living at affordable prices.  There is easy access to health care services such as home nursing and hospice, respite, private duty, short term rehab therapy, and pharmacy services.  Assisted Living also offers a guest services room to utilize on a daily or weekly basis for respite care.  Payment structure is dependent on length of stay from daily rates to monthly rates.
