Medical Nutritional Therapy is a program designed to help educate people with diabetes.

Our goal is to help you learn how to control this disease, live healthier and help prevent complications.

Support Groups

Diabetes Support Group
Our diabetes support group usually meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Exceptions to this date may occur if we have a special program or speaker. Please see our website Events Calendar or our local Advisor for class dates. We also offer Type 1 diabetes support groups. Please call (906) 341-3210 for more information.

Pre-Diabetes Support Group
Our pre-diabetes support group usually meets on the third Thursday of every month from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Changes to this schedule may occur.
